To EFT or not to EFT?

by choosechanges @ 2008-07-07 - 11:43:14

I have been talking to so many people about EFT since coming across this amazing technique and using it with others. I have helped a lady with a 20year fear of heights overcome her fear in as little as 20minutes - wow was that an amazing feeling, not only for her as she climbed her first ladder with total confidence after 20 or more years of jelly legs and fear, but also for me to see how I could help people overcome their fears and phobias using this incredibly simple to use, and learn technique.

I truly believe that everyone if the UK should learn how to use this technique - it has so many benefits and is great fun as well.

Just imaging if we all knew how to use it and all built it into our everyday lives (a bit like cleaning our teeth or brushing our hair, polishing our shoes), how much happier, calmer, more confident we would all be and how much less violence, anxiety, bullying, fear there would be in the world.

OK I know it isn't a miracle cure or anything and it isn't a magic wand but it is a fantastic life tool and its so easy to use so why is it that so many people just don't use it (or other fantastic life tools that are there right in front of them)?

If only we could create a way and a pattern of mind thought and up-bringing that encouraged us to try new things, use techniques that really helped and encouraged us to "go for it" - wow just imagine how different the world would be :)

If anyone has any thoughts or ideas or inspirational stories to share about the use of EFT I would love to hear them - and so I am sure would everyone else :)
Have a great day
Carol
